Steve ThomasChief Executive Officer
Steve has more than 25 years’ experience of working in the non-profit sector as volunteer, staff member and latterly as consultant Prior to founding Purple Vision (in 2003), Steve worked with a healthcare charity, but has also worked with youth, international aid, faith and human services organisations. Prior to moving into the charity sector he was involved in engineering and banking.

These days the focus is closer to home in South London, attempting to staying on top of his wild lawn and flower beds! He also enjoys music and theatre, and lately has been inspired to become a home baker. He serves as special advisor to the board of Christian Aid.
Tin AungChief Technical Officer
Tin has over fifteen years’ experience in the IT service industry, focusing for the past 8 years on Salesforce and the implementation of this CRM, as well as the development of mobile solutions. He has provided bespoke solution for previous employers and moved out on his own to provide his technical expertise and talent to businesses and clients. Tin founded Appssential in 2011, which merged with Purple Vision in April 2016..

Mike AubreyChief Operating Officer
Mike has over 20 years’ experience running industry leading companies in the travel and tourism sector. He compliments our technical expertise driving business strategy and instilling a strong customer focused mindset to the organisation. As a CIPD qualified professional Mike's passion for people reaches out through all aspects of the business, ensuring that we remain true to our core values..

Dan LockeretzDirector of Project Delivery
Dan’s 18 years in CRM and data management covers international development charities and the public sector. Dan joined Purple Vision in 2012 as Lead Consultant and was promoted to Operations Director in 2014.
CRM implementation and data migration, process development, Raiser’s Edge, database management, data cleansing, project management, fundraising and data relationship understanding, training, people management.
Dan has three young daughters, so spends his ‘spare’ time taking them to clubs, events and activities. He plays football with the teams from WaterAid and the Big Issue and likes a game of tennis at Norbury Tennis Club to keep the cobwebs at bay.
Robbie MitchellDirector of Customer Success
With over 20 years of management experience in a wide variety of industries including hospitality, events, travel, construction, energy and building management, Robbie now brings this experience to the team. With the drive and enthusiasm to help our clients realise their company's potential through the delivery of superb cloud based solutions with outstanding customer service, his passion for this and the support he provides to these clients ensures that they become loyal clients.
We were interested to learn that Robbie has adrenalin addiction, although somewhat fading as the years move on, a charity solo parachute jump which he took part in almost end in disaster. On leaving the plane above Gleneagles hotel in Scotland, his parachute did not open correctly and the reserve chute had to be used. Thanks goodness for the windy Scottish updraft which ensured a safe landing with both parachutes deployed, albeit in a neighbouring field. .

Mags has been in marketing and marketing communications for 15 years, working mainly with non-profits from large national charities, campaigning NGOs and professional associations. Mags joined Purple Vision in 2014.

Keith CollinsDirector of Sales
Keith has more than 20 years’ experience in the non-profit sector including ten as a consultant. He has worked with international development charities, healthcare and technology providers. Keith co-founded Purple Vision with Steve, after leaving a renowned charity donor database provider.

Keith is a hands-on dad for this three children and even coaches his son’s junior football team. He takes pride in being the only person from Croydon to have an O-Level in Welsh, and can answer pretty much any question you ask about football (particularly Crystal Palace), early 80’s music and Eastern Europe.
Antonina RomanovaLead Consultant
Antonina has over 5 years of experience working with Salesforce technology. She was first introduced to it as an end user who had problems with their legacy system and needed significant improvements in their processes. The company wanted a secure, modern and user friendly system for storing and managing data, a system that will grow and develop together with the business which she set out to deliver. After a successful implementation Antonina saw what a great positive effect Salesforce had on the business and decided to start helping others to implement and develop Salesforce, and design and improve processes in order to bring them to the next level of success.Skills:

She speaks at annual Salesforce events such as the Salesforce World Tour and Dreamforce. If there’s any time after all that, she dedicates it to family and ceroc dancing. Phew!

Swapna SilvaProject Manager
Swapna is part of our remote development team. She has been with the team for 4 years and has more than 6 years’ experience in management information systems.
She holds an MSC in Business Information Technology and a BSc – Information Technology, both of which are key to her understanding client’s needs.
Swapna grew up wanting to be a cartoonist but ended up as a project manager and now is a big believer in the message of the design with a keen eye for detail to make sure that the team delivers the desired solution on time, every time.
