Causeview

Causeview is a Salesforce app built and managed by Breakeven Inc, based in Canada.  The Breakeven team have years of experience in technology, cloud solutions  – and supporting fundraisers.

Their native app, Causeview, offers richly featured fundraising functionality capable of handing the full spectrum of fundraising activity and reporting requirements.  It’s a tool in use across 130 charities in Canada, North America, Europe (Switzerland) and Australia.  In the UK, the version we deploy has out-of-the-box capabilities for the quirky nuances of our fundraising world – like Gift Aid, HMRC declarations and BACS direct debits.

The apps has a clear layout allows even the most tech-fearing fundraising admins to get  a grip on processing and uploading.  For event managers the tool covers most eventualities, all in one place.  A neat event app allows you to check in via mobile on site for events, speeding up the process and improving guest experience as well as reducing the admin headaches of managing multiple lists.

And if you work with volunteers, the volunteer functionality and integrations will make the job of managing and promoting volunteer roles, and all the associated admin almost as pain-free as you can get!

Causeview is distributed in Europe by Paletteware Ltd who issue licences and manage installation and support on behalf of the Canadian team.  Purple Vision is a Paletteware partner and has a strong direct working relationship with Breakeven, the makers of Causeview.

Purple Vision’s view:

This is a superb managed-package app for fundraising, volunteering and events management.  It offers a wide range of features that will help fundraisers to focus on what they need to achieve, rather than admin.  The tool has a strong roadmap for development and the team who create it have a really strong commitment and ethos behind the technical quality of the product.  You’re in good hands.
