How we do it

We will spend time with you and your team talking through all the fundraising approaches you follow – looking at what you do, how you do it and why.  We’ll find out about your systems and processes, skills and experience.    We’ll reflect our best practice, knowledge and experience about how this fits with your strategy and goals into a full findings and recommendations document and presentation.   This will highlight your strengths, and point out areas of risk, concern and opportunities.  We’ll share our take on some of the solutions you have – immediate, quick wins and longer term considerations, too.
