If a system is new to you, or you don’t have the right experience to use it, you won’t get the best value from it. Investing time in developing database management skills, training staff and ensuring everyone understands the value and importance of your database will ensure you get a great return on that investment.
We’re often approached by people new not only to Raiser’s Edge (or even ThankQ or Progress CRM!) but also to the charity sector. They need help with a range of tasks – from setting up the necessary systems to handle gift aid and direct debits, through to how best to use the system to manage an event, or keep track of major donors or trusts. Some want us to review how the database has been set up so far (we offer Health Checks for this) – and as a result may require changes to the configuration and set up of a system to best support business processes (or who want business processes adapting to fit the system!).
Some new team members even need help with grassroots 1-to-1 training in how your system has been set up and how to manage day to day administrative tasks properly.

Our charity consultancy service is long established, and we have years of experience to draw on. We will chat through your situation with you, and find out what help and assistance you need. We will then match you to the most skilled and qualified associate consultant. They will visit you and provide the hands-on bespoke training or support that you need, tailored to you.
